IN NEW YORK

 Well most if not all of you know by now that I'm home in NYC and not returning to DC.  I'm getting ready to get back into the groove of things for the semester at my 3rd school in a little over 2 years.  Hopefully this is finally it and I'll finally be done with school.  I'm going to miss you all a lot but don't fret!!!  I'm going to be coming down most weekends so it will be like you wont even know I left.  It also gives you all an excuse to come up to NYC.  I'm leaving a lot behind in DC so I hope this all works out, then again I feel like everything for us just finds a way to work itself out one way or another.  I'm going to keep up the blog so its all good my little babies.

Historical Events

So I'm pretty high in the sky at the moment and just discovered a great new thing with Soundcloud.  Some people have started uploading soundclips from historical events.  I think I might start doing this on other accounts to help build up the database.  Its pretty cool when you go to soundcloud and type apollo 11 and this pops up.

Just found Charles I on soundcloud and started to look around at more of his stuff. I first found him through one of his remixes of veridis quo. He had a great remix of daft punk, something which doesn't happen so I was more than excited to see this. Simple State of Mind

Ducksauce took the world by storm this summer and its not just because it taste good with Chinese food. I think this O-God remix of Barbara Streisand is better than the original but that just my 2 cents. After all what do I know, I think the 5 guys in the bathroom at rugby at once aren't doing coke but blowing each other, I love kamikazes at thirds and i don't think this actually happened even though one of my friends saw the note that was written.

In honor of Ben Roethlisberger winning the game I have decided to spread some words of wisdom.  I saw this on my bfs little bros facebook and I know I'm, a million years behind in viral videos but Antoine Dobson has a message for the girls of Pittsburgh.

Hurricane Club

So I hadn't been to this place before but my friends Jake C. and Mary T. mentioned it to me, so when we have Bronxville meeting Brooklyn I think we have found a medium I am totes happy with.  The Hurricane Club is located on 26th and park which is a fun area as well as very close to NYU so I got to see some of the girls I haven't seen in a long long time.  Anyways Hurricane Club is almost like a jazzed up Tiki bar with a great menu and fantastic drinks.  I think the coolest thing that they have is a rum fountain.  They even have some gimmicks for men at lunches such as a rum and shoe shine.  hilarity.  Bottom Line this is a new "it" spot and I can see why.  Look it up online as I'M WAY hungover and don't wannt go into too much details.  Coconuts full of alcohol can do that to you.  Also check out the glenn morrison song someone sent to me last night A MILLION TIMES.  I KNOW HOW TO READ MY PHONE....mwah.  It shows people who are on mau5trap records besides deadmau5 can make good music.

1. Pretty Much everyone on ESPN regarding the Carmello Anthony trade. "we can't seem to figure out why Melo hasn't signed off on this yet." Well it's a bad trade for the pistons and Melo wants to play with Amar'e, not in Jersey. "I only want a trade if its to the knicks...."

2. "Just the tip." What can I say I walked into that one.



3. "You have such nice boobs." - Perez Hilton.  I'm flatter than pancake and you are of homosexual orientation.  Having said that your hand is probably the most famous thing to touch my boob...I don't think I want to know where that's been.
